Course content is created by passionate, highly skilled individuals who have decades of real-world experience in the solar trade. Our instructors are available to answer questions and help apprentices grow their career to become Solar Journeyman.

Throughout our 2-year program, apprentices will take part in 288 hours of online training. We provide:

Mentors & On-the-Job Learning

Our 1:1 mentorship to apprentice ratio provides an optimal learning experience. We offer mentorship certification to individuals to ensure IRA compliance. On-the-job learning gives our apprentices the skills and knowledge they need to learn and grow in the solar industry.

Our online based apprenticeship program is built for local and traveling solar technicians to get the training and support they need to reach their potential.

NABCEP PVIP training hours incorporated into online training hours
Mobile friendly platform. Online training can be accessed through PC, tablet and mobile phone.
