On-the-job learning equips our apprentices with essential skills and knowledge for career growth. We offer mentor certification, and our 1:1 mentor to apprentice ratio provides apprentices with an optimal learning experience.

Our dynamic online-based related instruction is designed for local and traveling solar technicians and construction laborers! We offer a custom tailored curriculum that turns apprentices into skilled and knowledgeable workers, paving the way for a brighter future in the industry.
