Advancing the solar industry with our U.S. DOL registered apprenticeship. We are offering a nationwide Solar Apprenticeship program to employers and contractors to meet IRA-compliance. Our program is a 2-year apprenticeship education, combining online learning with mentored on-the-job-training.

Experienced Instructors

Course content is created by passionate, highly skilled individuals who have extensive real-world experience in the solar trade. Their knowledge and expertise is reflected through videos, modules, and live classes. Our instructors are available to answer questions and help apprentices.

Online Training Courses

Apprentices will complete 288 hours of online training over our  2-year program. We will start with the basics and work our way up to more advances topics. Learn about job safety, explore the intricate details of circuit design, and demonstrate how to effectively install AC and DC circuits into solar power systems.  

Mentorship and On-the-Job Training

Our 1:1 mentorship to apprentice  ratio provides an optimal learning experience. We offer mentorship certification to individuals to ensure IRA compliance. On-the-job learning gives our apprentices the necessary skills and knowledge they need to become a PV solar expert.
