Learn to be a professional in the solar industry through our comprehensive 2-year apprenticeship program. Our curriculum combines mentored on-the-job learning and custom online training that provides apprentices with the knowledge and skills they need to become a Journeyman.

Completing Our Program

On-the-Job-Learning

Apprentices will accrue hours and get paid while working on-site. A total of 4,000 hours of on-the-job learning is required to complete the program.

1:1 Mentor to Apprentice Ratio

Employers will provide each apprentice with a certified mentor. This 1:1 ratio not only meets DOL requirements, but provides apprentices with high-quality training.

Online Training

While working on-site with your mentors, apprentices are required to complete 288 hours of online training. These hours are broken down into 4-hour weekly lessons.
